Students living in the course campus will be separated by gender & age and our on-site staff will reside with the students. They lend a helping hand to the students and ensure that the course is a safe and fun place to be. Our on-site staff will make sure that all the students are comfortable, safe, happy and that the participants are making the most of their time during the course.
Participants are expected to be courteous, respectful guests and considerate of others. When staying in boarding houses, participants will be expected to follow boarding house rules.
Parents and guardians planning to accompany their child to the course are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Parents and guardians are not allowed to stay in the course campus or visit unannounced.
Parents are not permitted to attend course activities, but we invite and warmly welcome parents to attend our final concerts at the end of the course if possible.
Since this will be an intensive training course with residency, students do not have any expenses inside the campus during the entire course. A small amount of pocket money can be prepared for extra activities when off campus.
The course is not liable for the loss of property on the premises. We strongly advise all participants to leave valuables at home. In addition, participants should ensure that they have adequate insurance coverage for their instrument.
